On the back of a successful 2018 we are delighted to announce the addition of the following staff to our growing team.
Alice Croxson joins us as a Project Director with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. She brings a breadth and depth of experience across retail, residential, retirement living and government sectors, having worked for both Contractors and Developers, including Lendlease, Brookfield Multiplex and Stockland. Throughout her career, Alice has focused on complex projects with intensive stakeholder management and has successfully delivered projects within live operational environments. Alice provides leadership, direction and guidance to her project teams which drives positive outcome for her clients.
David Radford joins us as a Project Director to take on senior roles on large complex projects. He has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and has held senior positions within large property and development companies, that operate across all property sectors. David’s experience includes Project Director and General Manager roles for companies including Mirvac, Brookfield Multiplex, Lendlease and Grocon. With a background in architecture, development and project management, David has a unique ability to understand stakeholders design and delivery requirements, and successfully navigate the project team throughout all stages of the property life cycle, from concept through to delivery.
Damian Stewart joins us as a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. Damian has worked across various sectors and asset classes including retirement living, hotels, airport, commercial, residential and government sectors. Damian’s blend of experience on both consultant and contractor side has given him a clear and comprehensive understanding of the whole project life cycle from concept to post-occupancy.
Royce Lucero joins us as a Project Manager with over 6 years’ experience in the industry where he has worked in engineering consulting and construction. During this time he has worked on a variety of interesting and complex projects in a number of sectors including, health, social infrastructure, office, mixed use residential and land sub-division from concept design through to post-project handover. His focus is on seamless project delivery for the Client through a collaborative approach with the project team to resolve unforeseen change and clearly communicating the recommended approach to mitigate risk for the Client.
Tim Watson joins us as a Graduate Project Manager. Tim graduated from the University of Sydney in 2017 and joins us after spending a year travelling overland through Iran and Central Asia. Tim is providing support to our Sandstones team and thoroughly enjoys the unique challenges this project faces as it moves from design to construction.
