In response to the desire to develop a distinctive, resilient and vibrant CBD, the re-imagined Chase will contribute to the existing heart of Chatswood providing a building of excellence re-establishing itself as one of Australia’s pre-eminent retail destinations. The key objectives of the development are to enhance Chatswood Chase Sydney’s reputation as the centre of significance, creating an environment reflective of its trade area and providing a point of difference to cater for the retail and lifestyle aspirations of the local community and wider catchment.
Through the amalgamation of three lots within the Chatswood City Centre, the development proposal for Chatswood Chase will add approximately 35,000 sqm GLA and an additional 783 car parking spaces to the centre.
