The project aims to deliver a world-leading, sustainable commercial asset, targeting 5.5 Star NABERS Energy, 6 Star Green Star Buildings, and WELL Core v2 Gold certifications. Key objectives include completing the design and procurement stages, with construction expected to be completed by 2029.
Essence is providing project management services during the DA procurement stage. This includes managing consultants, overseeing the approvals process, and procuring the head contractor for the demolition, construction, and fit-out of the commercial tower and podium.
