The 99 Green Street project involves the construction of a 10-storey office building designed with various Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD) initiatives. It aims to set a benchmark for building design in the City of Yarra, incorporating public realm benefits such as wider footpaths, outdoor areas, and green building features.
Key objectives include delivering the sustainable office building on time and within budget. Riverlee also seeks to leverage marketing opportunities throughout the build, as the building has yet to be let.
Essence is providing Project Management and Superintendent services, including facilitating the Section 72 submission and approval, ensuring construction contract compliance, managing changes and cost implications, contract administration, quality control, defect management, site inspections, and reporting.
