The project focuses on creating an innovative, sustainable work environment, with a strong emphasis on environmental design and sustainability (ESD). ADP aims to achieve Green Star – Interiors v1.3 and Net Zero Carbon Certification for the fitout.

The project’s primary goal is to deliver a high-performance office space that meets ADP’s sustainability targets. Key objectives include achieving Green Star certification, Net Zero Carbon certification, and providing a flexible, modern workspace that aligns with ADP’s values and operational needs.

Essence is responsible for managing the fitout design, overseeing the tender pricing assessment, and conducting regular site inspections. Additionally, Essence provides ongoing reporting throughout the fitout construction to ensure timely and efficient delivery, while meeting all sustainability and design aspirations.
