Key components of Stage 1 include an A Grade Five Star Green Star and WELL Building Certification 25-level commercial building with 42,000 sqm of net lettable area and 200 car parks, 366 apartments over 48 levels in the residential tower and 7,000 sqm of new office space and retail activating ground levels, 271 car parks, and the conversion of more than 3,350 sqm of private land into publicly accessible space, including a town square and amphitheatre-style steps.
Our role
Essence was engaged as project manager on behalf of Vicinity Centres to manage Stage 1 of Box Hill Central, a $2b mixed-use master plan. Essence has worked as an integrated part of the Vicinity development team providing development and project management support on the project for the preparation of the concept design and submission of the planning applications for Stage 1.
