Delivery of a new STEM Centre at Buckley Park College alongside refurbishment of existing learning blocks, including chemistry, physics, robotics and fabrication classrooms, as well as dedicated, fit‑for‑purpose wellbeing spaces to support contemporary education outcomes and enhance student learning environments.
Provide enhanced STEM learning facilities, upgrade ageing school infrastructure, complete the STEM building before 2027, achieve overall project completion by July 2027, meet VSBA expectations, and foster positive, collaborative relationships with the appointed builder and key stakeholders throughout delivery.
Essence delivers end‑to‑end project management and superintendent services, including financial management, contract administration, design review, program optimisation, tender distribution and assessment, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ongoing reporting to support strong governance, cost control, quality outcomes, and timely project delivery.
