The clinic opened in 2022, delivering adolescent and adult inpatient and outpatient mental health services. It comprises a new three-storey building with a ground-level car park and entry foyer, first-floor class 9a hospital outpatient facility and second-floor class 5 consulting suites, as well as a refurbished conversion of the existing building to a class 9a mental health private hospital.
Our role
Essence was appointed client representative and independent certifier. This role entailed reviewing the development deed between Barwon and Aurora, reviewing designs, monthly claims, proposed contractor appointments, preparing tender documentation, attending PCGs, and ensuring the obligations are met by both parties within the approved programme.
