The project involved the fitout of 3,500 sqm of premium office space in the newly constructed Parramatta Square for Deloitte. The design was coordinated with the base building to minimize construction waste and expedite delivery. Key elements included open-plan office spaces, specialist rooms, internal connecting staircase and sustainability targets.

The key objectives included delivering a high-quality fit out that met Deloitte’s operational needs while achieving sustainability targets such as a 6-star Green Star rating, NABERS, and a Gold WELL rating. The project also aimed to ensure operational readiness and a smooth relocation for staff and assets from Eclipse Tower.

Essence managed the project from design through to completion, including overseeing the fitout construction, FF&E management, and the relocation process. The scope also involved managing sustainability requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the integration of new technology and systems into the workspace.
