The project involved the fitout of over 26,000 sqm of premium office space in the newly refurbished Quay Quarter Tower. It included business unit floors, specialist client spaces, commercial kitchen, bar, and external terraces, with a focus on sustainability, technology integration, and high-quality workspaces.
The key objectives were to deliver a world-class fitout that met Deloitte’s operational needs while achieving sustainability goals, including a 6-star Green Star rating, NABERS, and Platinum WELL certification. The project also aimed to implement new technologies and systems to enhance work efficiency and create a collaborative environment.
Essence provided project management services from design through approvals and construction. This included overseeing the fitout, managing sustainability requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, implementing new technology and systems, and handling FF&E management for the installation of new workstations.
