Essence is engaged by Eastwood Private Hospital Pty Ltd (developer) to act as the project manager for a private hospital development in Eastwood, Adelaide.
The 6-storey development will include a basement car park plus 4 levels of ground and above-the-ground car park, café/retail space, medical imaging, pathology, a 6-theatre perioperative floor and a 51-bed ward plus all associated plant, equipment and support services. The project is also committed to achieving green-star accreditation under the new buildings tool.
Our role
Essence is engaged to appoint and manage the design team, and facilitate the Development Application (DA) and all other relevant authority’s approvals. Essence will conduct a competitive tender process, select the preferred head contractor, and facilitate the novation of the design team to the head contractor.
