This project involves demolition, construction and operation of a 115‑room co‑living development at Forest Lodge.

The project involves demolition and selective retention of existing buildings, followed by construction and operation of a 115‑room co‑living development at Forest Lodge. The project utilises volumetric modular construction to improve speed, quality and sustainability outcomes.

The primary objective is to successfully deliver the project in line with agreed timeframes and budget requirements while meeting client expectations and achieving key construction and handover milestones.

Essence will provide superintendent services throughout the construction phase, including early works coordination where applicable, delivery of main works, handover and practical completion, and defect liability period support on an hourly basis.
