Gurner Group is relocating its head office to 10 River Street, South Yarra. The new premises, owned by Alfasi, comprise approximately 2,000 square metres across three floors. Essence is managing the fit-out to facilitate the transition into the new workspace.
The project aims to achieve a 5-Star NABERS rating, deliver the fit-out within tight deadlines due to staff relocation and lease expiry, and successfully complete complex works such as PT slab penetration for an inter-tenancy staircase, ensuring seamless transition and client satisfaction.
Essence’s scope includes comprehensive project management, stakeholder engagement, design coordination, and document control. The team oversees all phases, facilitates collaboration among parties, manages documentation, and ensures the fit-out meets sustainability, efficiency, and performance standards for the new head office.
