Essence was engaged as project manager for the commercial fitout of ISPT’s new office in Sydney. The project aimed to re-position the external perception of the brand, aligning with ISPT’s future aspirations by creating modern, functional office spaces that reflect their values and innovation.

The key objectives were to deliver a high-quality fitout within budget and on time, achieving ISPT’s vision of modern, aspirational office spaces. Major milestones included successfully managing procurement processes, overseeing construction, and ensuring a seamless relocation for staff while maintaining minimal disruption to operations.

Essence provided comprehensive project management services including budget establishment, financial reporting, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, and furniture procurement. We also managed construction oversight, testing and commissioning, defects management, and relocation, ensuring smooth transitions for both the Sydney office.
