The project features over 120,000 sqm of office space across two towers, designed to meet high environmental standards, aiming for top-tier Green Star and NABERS Energy ratings.
The goal was to create a dynamic, sustainable precinct that fosters a cosmopolitan and commercial atmosphere. Essence’s role as Independent Certifier ensured compliance with contractual requirements.
