Essence is engaged to manage and supervise the upgrade and modernisation of Pascoe Vale Girls Secondary College. This includes a new two-storey arts and technology centre, demolition of the existing library and classrooms, and landscaping with an access road.
The primary goals are to enhance the school’s facilities with a focus on education and technology. Objectives include timely delivery, adherence to VSBA guidelines, and creating a safe and modern learning environment for students. Key milestones involve the completion of design, tendering, and construction phases.
Essence is providing full project management services from design to tender phases, ensuring compliance with VSBA’s Project Management Framework. We are also serving as superintendent during construction to ensure quality delivery and project timelines are met, focusing on all aspects of project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
