Essence is overseeing the large-scale infill site development at Pittwater Industrial in Milperra. The project involves the demolition of existing structures, site remediation, and the construction of two warehouses with multiple tenancies, alongside associated infrastructure services. It will total 16,950m² of warehousing and 1,400m² of office space.
The project aims to deliver a 24-hour warehouse and distribution facility, focusing on timely completion and regulatory compliance within a flood risk zone. Essence is responsible for managing all stages from demolition to final construction, ensuring successful procurement, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.
Essence provides full project management services, including consultant procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management. Essence also oversees the site’s remediation, utility approvals, and Development Application (DA) processes, ensuring smooth project progression and adherence to regulatory requirements.
