The project delivered a 24-hour warehouse and distribution facility

Essence managed delivery of this complex infill development, comprising 16,950m² warehousing and 1,400m² of office space, including demolition of existing structures, site remediation, and the construction of two multi-tenancy warehouses and supporting infrastructure. Essence translated operational requirements into a buildable design, managed approvals, procurement and construction, helping the client resolve significant contamination, geological and flood constraints.

The project aimed at delivering a 24-hour warehouse and distribution facility, focusing on timely completion and regulatory compliance within a flood risk zone. Essence was responsible for managing all stages from demolition to final construction, ensuring successful procurement, approvals, and stakeholder engagement.

Essence provided full project management services, including consultant procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management. Essence also oversaw the site’s remediation, utility approvals, and Development Application (DA) processes, ensuring smooth project progression and adherence to regulatory requirements.
