Queensland Investment Corporation is delivering the Quest offer in partnership with Quest’s overall strategic rollout of numerous sites nationally.
Located adjacent to the Watergardens Shopping Centre, the project will offer visitors to Melbourne’s northwest corridor a convenient and comfortable accommodation with self-contained living features and convenient access to a range of dining, entertainment, and retail experiences. Quest Watergardens will contain 86 apartments across five levels, including studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.
Our role
Essence has been appointed as the project manager for the construction phase of the project.
The project’s main considerations are to manage the tenant requirements and local stakeholders’ expectations, including management of disruptions to existing tenants and patrons of the centre alongside Maben Constructions.
