The Quincy Hotel, formerly the Rendezvous Hotel, is undergoing a major transformation by Far East Organization. The project includes a revitalised seven-storey building and a new addition in The Rocks, introducing over 300 luxury rooms, new dining venues, and a rooftop bar—all while preserving iconic Sydney Harbour views.

The project aims to rebrand and elevate the hotel into a premier destination, blending heritage charm with modern amenities. Essence has successfully attained an SSDA for the original Clocktower site and is leading ECI procurement and Principal’s Representative services. Over the next 24 months, the focus is on delivering a fully operational, high-quality facility on time and within budget, ensuring a world-class hospitality experience.

Essence is providing full project and design management, overseeing refurbishment, new construction, stakeholder coordination, and contractor management to successfully deliver key areas, including guest rooms, dining spaces, and the rooftop bar.
