The centre will deliver world-class, contemporary Ag/STEM education, foster industry engagement, create broader educational pathways with WSU and support teacher education in agriculture.
It includes agricultural/STEM teaching facilities with general learning spaces and administration spaces and a new short-term accommodation facility with 60 beds.
The CoE is programmed to achieve Practical Completion by January 2023 and will be delivered via an SSDA process.
Our role
Essence’s role was to provide project management services to finalise the procurement strategy and master planning program to assist with the development of the FBC for Treasury Approval.
The procurement strategy outlined the delivery method for the project and the finalisation of the engagement of consultants. The master planning of the program provided a detailed road map in achieving the authority approvals, construction delivery dates to ensure that the milestones were met as identified and endorsed by the SINSW committee to achieve government commitments made to the public.
