Essence was engaged to manage the FF&E installation for The Raleigh, TGLC’s fifth project delivered with our team. The project involved coordinating the furniture installation across 104 Build to Rent apartments and shared amenities, supporting the successful delivery of Goldfields’ first Build to Rent development in Melbourne.
Manage the FF&E installation programme to achieve key milestones and completion targets. Coordinate closely with Grace and the on-site asset team, maintain clear stakeholder communication, minimise damage risks to newly completed areas and furniture, and ensure a safe, efficient installation process.
Provided project management services for the bump-in, assembly and installation of furniture throughout the development. Coordinated installers, managed site activities, liaised with the developer and asset team, monitored programme delivery, and oversaw quality, safety and damage prevention throughout the installation process.
