This project involves the major modernisation of Thornbury Primary School.

Major modernisation of Thornbury Primary School delivering a one‑storey community hub, a new Prep–Year 1 learning centre, and upgrades to the main building art room, improving functionality, capacity, and community access while supporting contemporary learning environments for students families.

Deliver a modern community facility within school grounds, upgrade ageing buildings, complete the project prior to 2027, meet VSBA expectations, manage key milestones, and establish strong, collaborative relationships with the appointed builder and stakeholders to support delivery and long‑term outcomes.

Essence delivers end‑to‑end project management and superintendent services, including financial management, contract administration, design review, program optimisation, tender distribution and assessment, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ongoing reporting to ensure strong governance, cost control, quality outcomes, and timely project delivery.
