The Health Translation Hub is a state-of-the-art facility within the Randwick Health Precinct, integrating health education, training, and research with acute healthcare services. This 14-storey structure spans 35,600m², featuring a UNSW fit-out, commercial and retail spaces, and connections to key precinct landmarks.
To establish a world-class facility that elevates patient care and fosters collaboration between education and research. The project focuses on seamless connectivity, timely delivery, and accommodating diverse stakeholder needs to support the broader New South Wales community.
Essence provides comprehensive project management, including base building and UNSW fit-out design, stakeholder coordination, consultant procurement, contract administration, and management of utility and DA approvals.

Complexities
- Multi-Contractor Precinct work delivering HTH (Hansen Yuncken), Sydney Children’s Hospital (John Holland Group) and Integrate Acute Service Building (Lendlease).
