Victoria by Farmers Daughters is a landmark food and beverage venue located in Federation Square, showcasing regional food from across Victoria. The destination features seasonal menus highlighting local producers and provides a connection between the CBD and regional Victoria, with views of the Yarra River.
The key objective was to create a unique dining experience by highlighting Victoria’s regional produce in a prime CBD location. The project aimed to bring the vision of both Farmers Daughters and Federation Square to life, ensuring a seamless fit-out and aligning with the venue’s branding and culinary goals.
Essence provided project management services, coordinating the fit-out of the venue and assisting with the overall management and execution of the project. We worked closely with both Farmers Daughters and Federation Square to ensure the vision was effectively realised within the allocated budget and timeline.
