Victorian Academy of Teaching & Leadership (VATL Acadamies)

The Victorian Academy of Teaching & Leadership (VATL) provides high-quality, evidence-based professional learning for Victorian educators.

The project involves the fit-out of regional academies with state-of-the-art IT, digital learning capabilities, and adaptable spaces supporting diverse learning environments, from individual sessions to large groups.

The objective was to create a professional development space that fosters learning for educators across Victoria. The project aimed to deliver versatile, high-quality environments that support the Teaching Excellence Program, providing teachers access to the latest research and professional growth opportunities in a prestigious setting.

Essence provided full project management services, overseeing the project from concept design through to completion. We managed the entire process, including design management, contractor coordination, and ensuring the fit-out met the educational needs and adaptability requirements for both central and regional academies.
