The Site is part of the Principal’s Waratah Highlands Village, a residential development designed for over 55’s, bound by Remembrance Drive and Tylers Road. The site is located less than one kilometre from the Bargo Town Centre, approximately 94km southwest of Sydney CBD.
The purpose of the project is to expand the development of the existing village to 168 houses with the development of 36 single dwellings across Stage’s 8 and 9.
Essence has been engaged by Levande as the project manager and superintendent to oversee the design, planning and delivery of the development.
This is the first project to be delivered under the Levande brand.
