The WSU Walker Macarthur Health project is a state-of-the-art facility within the Campbelltown Health and Education precinct redevelopment. This development will house the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research – Macarthur, supporting advanced medical research and education in the region.
Essence is engaged as the Independent Certifier for both the base build and integrated fitout, overseeing compliance between the developer (Walker Corporation), operator (Western Sydney University), and builder (Richard Crookes Construction). The facility will accommodate Dry Research, Clinical Research, Research Assessment Zones, Logistics, and Support functions.
Essence is providing Independent Certifying services, ensuring compliance with Practical Completion and Extension of Time claims. The team is responsible for verifying that the Developer and Builder fulfill their obligations under the Agreement for Lease (AFL) with the Operator.
