The project at Xavier College Llandilo involves the development of flexible learning spaces, including a new Performance Hub and an upgraded Professional Hub. These enhancements address critical deficiencies identified during the masterplanning phase, improving the school’s teaching, learning, and co-curricular facilities to meet current educational needs.
The project aims to expand and refurbish key educational spaces to support a six-stream school. The new Performance Hub will facilitate teaching, gatherings, and exams, while the upgraded Professional Hub will meet the current space requirements. The project is designed to enhance educational quality and align with CSPD’s strategic objectives, scheduled for completion in 2027.
Essence is providing project management services, overseeing the design and delivery of the new Performance Hub and upgraded Professional Hub. Our role includes managing the refurbishment process, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the project meets both educational and spatial requirements within the established budget and timeline.
