This mixed-use development includes six storeys with 145 apartments, a two-level basement for car parking, and essential worker housing. The development operates as a single rental facility with potential for future strata subdivision.

The objective is to deliver a high-quality build-to-rent complex in Zetland, meeting client expectations for affordable essential worker housing. The project includes timely completion by 2023, ensuring the apartments are ready for occupancy and the infrastructure is in place for future subdivision.
