The complex will operate as a single rental facility, under a management pool, with an essential worker housing component. It will be capable of a subsequent strata subdivision. The project comprises:
- Demolition of structures onsite & construction of a six-storey mixed-use development with a total GFA of 11,578sqm
- Site remediation and infrastructure works
- Excavation for two basement levels for 111 car spaces
- Ground floor residential lobby
- Six levels of residential apartments comprising 145 dwellings
- Rooftop communal open space on Level 5
- Landscaping works including communal open spaces at ground level and Level 5 planting.
