Essence has been engaged to project manage Barings’s mixed-use development in the heart of Bankstown. The development features a combination of high-rise residential, commercial office, and retail spaces, with a strong focus on build-to-rent accommodation.

The project aims to create a thriving urban community by providing 350 residential units in a build-to-rent (BTR) model, alongside a commercial office tower, street-fronting retail spaces, and substantial parking. Public domain improvements are also integral to enhancing the overall area.

Essence is responsible for the overall project management of this significant development, overseeing coordination of contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. Our team will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while navigating the complexities of both residential and commercial aspects of the development.
