The Castle Ridge Retirement Village site is located in Castle Hill, an area experiencing major investment due to the delivery of the Metro. The 37,176 sqm site, located at 350 old Northern Road Castle Hill and is an existing Levande Retirement Village. It was originally completed in 1980 and comprises 113 Independent Living Units (ILU’s) across 39 buildings, a central clubhouse, and a central parkland area.
The development presents an opportunity to upgrade and renew facilities for seniors housing including; 230 Independent living apartments (ILA’s) across 14, 3-6 story, buildings including wellness facilities including an indoor pool and gymnasium and retention and activation of existing parkland.
Essence has been engaged by Levande as the project manager to oversee and coordinate the design and planning of the development.
