The review saw an allocation of funds to Fed Square to enhance the current precinct through a range of Capital Works projects from signature food and beverage, infrastructure, digital enhancement and future proofing for operational requirements.
Further to the delivery of projects Essence lead the development of numerous processes to assist in developing a structure for the Project Management Office (PMO) including the identification of future projects to be completed by the PMO that was of a critical nature.
Our role
Essence was engaged by Fed Square to assist in implementing their Capital Works Strategy driven by a DJPR Government Review.
