The complex will operate as a single rental facility, under a management pool dedicated to a key worker housing scheme. It will be capable of a subsequent strata subdivision. The project comprises:
- Demolition of structures onsite & construction of a new mixed-use development
- Six-level basement car park providing 542 spaces
- 29-storey residential tower providing 312 apartments
- Retail tenancies, commercial and residential lobby entries, loading dock, basement entry, waste & storage collection zones, & back-of-house services
- End-of-trip facilities
- Commercial/office floor space
- Residential facilities include seating areas, open lawn areas, multi-purpose decking, a swimming pool, an outdoor gymnasium, an outdoor kitchen/barbecue area, a breakout space, and a lounge area.
