Representing Global Living, a UK-based FF&E supplier, on their appointment by Investa at the Indi Southbank project. Our role focused on managing the receipt and installation of furniture across furnished apartments within this build-to-rent development in Melbourne.
Effectively coordinate the delivery and placement of furniture to site utilising Grace removalists. Running QA on the installation process and undertaking client signoff of the goods at agreed milestones.
Essence provided program management, quality assurance checks, client liaison, and staged area signoffs to ensure timely and high-standard delivery of FF&E services throughout the project.
