Essence has been engaged to act as project manager for the construction of a new industrial estate in Mascot on behalf of Pittwater Industrial. Our role entails full PM services, base building stakeholder management, consultant procurement & management, contract administration and utility & DA approvals management.
The redevelopment of the site will deliver:
- Demoltion of existing structures
- Construction of new multi-level light industrial building
- 4 x warehouse units, associated office spaces 12 units total
- 1 x 6 storey commercial office
- 15,115sqm GFA of warehousing
- 715 sqm GFA ancillary office
- 2,915 sqm GFA commercial
- 196 car parking spaces including 17 EV charging bays
Overall, the proposed development will deliver a total gross floor area (GFA) of 16,299sqm.
