David has over 30 years of professional experience in Australia, Malaysia and the UK. He has operated at Director level in the Sydney marketplace since 2000 for market leading professional consultancies. He provides leadership to the delivery of project, business and corporate objectives.

James has an extensive portfolio of complex CBD heritage and commercial developments. James specialises in iconic major developments in the Sydney CBD. He is an analytical thinker, and brings diverse educational and work experience to all projects.
Ioan has over 20 years' experience in the property and construction industry. He has an extensive track record of major projects across a variety of sectors including Education, Health, Mixed Use, Residential, Transport and Aged Care. His communication and leadership skills enable excellent project and business outcomes.
Greg established and led several project management firms for more than 25 years. He now provides leadership, development advisory services, and governance capability through his involvement in various advisory boards including the University of Sydney, Northern Beaches Council and private businesses. He brings significant experience and knowledge to the governance of our firm and an extensive industry network.
Julie is the founding Director and past CEO of JBA Urban Planning Consultants (now Ethos Urban). She is currently a board member of Greater Sydney Parklands including the Western Sydney Parklands Trust, the Board of Trustees of Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust, and the Board of Trustees of Parramatta Park Trust.
Following a 30-year career in the private sector, David joined Infrastructure NSW and was appointed as Head of Projects in 2015. David is currently a non-executive director for Water Infrastructure, and Chair of Projects for its Advisory Board. He is also a member of Infrastructure NSW Project Assurance Group and serves on several other public and private sector boards as an advisor including Western Sydney Airport Metro, and City of Sydney Waterloo Social and Affordable Housing working group.

Andrew is a highly experienced and skilled Director with more than 20 years of experience. Andrew has experienced the full lifecycle of projects and has managed many projects from the master planning phase to successful project completion. Importantly, Andrew understands the ultimate project benefits that are achieved when projects are correctly set up during the master planning and project initiation phases.

Jennifer is an industry leader with more than twenty years of experience in delivering outstanding results for building and construction projects. She has served on numerous boards and committees such as NAWIC, where she was the QLD president for three years, Qld Government's Ministerial Construction Council and Building Construction & Maintenance Category Council, as well as leadership and diversity committees for PCA and AIPM

Caitriona is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions. Her career spans more than 20 years of varied experience in financial management and corporate strategy. Caitriona holds a double degree in Business Administration and Commerce Accounting and a Post-Graduate Chartered Accounting degree.

David has over 20 years of experience across various roles in property development and construction. He brings an extensive background and skillset in property development and project delivery across all key phases of the development process.
David is a property executive with over 30 years' experience in design, development and delivery of projects. With a background in architecture, development and project management, David has proven capabilities in understanding stakeholders and influencing the successful journey through all stages of the property life cycle.
Jennifer is a highly skilled project director with specialist knowledge in the healthcare sector with construction experience that is second to none. She has delivered numerous highly complex projects; managing head contractors, nominated sub-contractors, and specialised MM&E and FF&E suppliers, enabling facilities to commence operations successfully and safely.
Damian is a highly experienced construction professional with over 15 years experience in the property and construction industry across a broad range of sectors. He has a proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion on time and within budget.
Alice has more than 15 years' experience in complex built form with a focus on providing enduring & quality outcomes for her projects. She has developed a breadth and depth of project management experience across retail, residential, retirement living and government sectors. Alice provides leadership, direction and guidance to her project teams to enable them to successfully complete projects on time and to budget.
Lena is skilled in upfront development and project management with a depth of experience over a diverse range in Private, Public and Military sectors. Her experience covers managing a diverse range of complex stakeholders and challenges which have contributed to her being a highly effective operator.
Alex has spent over 15 years acting as a Project Manager and Superintendent on a range of highly complex major projects. He has a strong construction background. His experience has provided him with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the stakeholder communication required during all construction phases.
Chris is a competent project director with 16 years of tier 1 experience. He has worked for some of Australia’s most reputable developers including Mirvac and Lendlease. Chris has sound knowledge of all aspects of construction; from small fitouts to large scale developments, and specific expertise in adaptive re-use and heritage buildings.
Lindsey has been a long-term industry professional in the Melbourne market and has worked at various organisations in the capacity of project manager, senior project manager, development manager and associate director. His experience spans the retail, student accommodation, hotel and residential sectors.
An experienced project director with a pro-active attitude and pragmatic approach, supported by more than 19 years of experience.Reece has expansive experience gained from working on projects in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, Canada and Indonesia. His involvement has ranged from design management to construction management of high-end retail fit-outs, international airports, hospitality, commercial and residential high-rise, and retirement living.
Natalie is a highly motivated and personable project director with 14 years of experience. She is experienced in defining, creating and overseeing all project deliverable. Natalie has proven leadership skills and a strong technical background. Her experience extends over all phases of a project including design, documentation, tendering, authority approvals, construction delivery, handover, and client commissioning.

Cameron is a construction leader with over 20 years' experience across construction and consultancy. Throughout his professional career, he has led the successful delivery of a wide variety of civil and environmental projects. He has developed a strong appreciation for differing clients needs, and led negotiations with stakeholders and diverse groups, including authorities, construction companies and consultants.
Ben is a highly skilled professional delivering successful projects in the commercial, mixed use and public sectors. Throughout his career, Ben has lead and delivered on some of the most innovative and prestigious legal and commercial fit-out projects in Australia.
