  • Create a world class retail address to anchor the Castlereagh Street luxury precinct providing a high-quality presence to retailers, targeting 9,884sqm GFA
  • Facilitate a unique, modern and innovative 6 level multi-tenancy commercial office with large floorplate and high ceiling A-grade commercial office space, targeting 11,817sqm GFA
  • Create a world class luxurious and distinguished 22 storey residential tower, with harbour views protected by the Hyde Park solar access plane >14,800sqm GFA.
