The Lands building will feature 60 large format rooms and a new roof top deck. A roof top extension to the Education building will see this building house 190 rooms with    internalpool, spa and gym facilities.

The buildings have been leased by Pontiac Land Group from Property NSW and a Stage 2 DA was submitted for the project in November 2016. The redevelopment which is expected to cost in the order of $300 million is on track for completion in late 2020 and will provide a landmark revitalisation for these assets.

The Airds Bradbury Renewal Project in the Campbelltown City Council LGA involves the long term rejuvenation of the Airds Bradbury public housing area, transforming the existing public housing into a master-planned community of approximately 2,000 homes. The project will be delivered in 12 stages over approximately 15 years.

Essence PM has been appointed as Project Managers for Stages 4 – 9. Our role is to understand, articulate and manage the integration of the concept plan approval into the project through the various stages. This involves identifying and managing risks associated with the project; engaging and managing the consultants team for the planning and delivery phases of the project, managing the lodgment of planning applications and approvals, and managing the procurement and delivery of the civil construction.
