Reflecting the relaxed sophistication of Manly itself, Twenty95 is a mixed-use redevelopment comprising residential, retail and commercial components on the site of a Telstra Exchange. The development encompasses 24 prestige apartments, over 600m2 of commercial retail space, a multi-level basement car stacker and a refurbished Telstra Exchange. Twenty95 is poised to become one of the area’s most iconic addresses, located at the gateway to Manly’s thriving village centre.

The development will reinvigorate Sydney Road, providing future residents not just a home, but an enviable beachside lifestyle. The scope of works includes significant electrical substation works and modifications to the existing Telstra Exchange. The project requires the Exchange to be fully operational throughout the construction phase.

Essence acting as Project Manager provides all parties with strategic direction to navigate the complex construction process as well as the multiple stakeholders, relationships and approvals mandatory for the project completion.
