The project consists of the demolition of an existing building and the delivery of a PCA A-Grade office/commercial tower comprising office, conference, wellbeing facilities, and a rooftop F&B offering.
The tower embraces green infrastructure with a green roof, and internal green terraces with high-level certification under the NABERS and Green Star Building schemes, as well as the revitalisation of the nearby public realm.
The commercial fitout includes a cold shell for retail areas and a warm shell for commercial tenancies, a basement car park, the main lobby, shared lobby areas, conference facilities, amenities and end-of-trip facilities and bike storage.
Our role
Essence was appointed as project manager and superintendent from design through to delivery.
