39 Martin Place (39MP) is a premium commercial tower offering 30,000 square meters of office space and 2,000 square meters of retail space. Directly connected to the Martin Place metro station, this project enhances connectivity within the Martin Place precinct. Essence ensures seamless tenant transitions into the building.
The project aims to deliver seven tenant fit-outs within the premium-grade tower while maintaining smooth coordination among stakeholders, including Investa, Lendlease, and tenants. Ensuring timely delivery of tenancy fit-outs, meeting design approvals, and adhering to high-quality standards are key objectives.
Essence is providing tenancy coordination services, overseeing design, approvals, and construction processes. Our role includes managing tenant fit-outs, stakeholder communication, and coordination between Investa Development, Investa FM, Lendlease, Macquarie, tenants, and their project managers.
