39MP is nearing completion, and six tenants are preparing to move in. Investa has engaged Essence as tenancy coordinators to oversee the design, approvals, and construction processes on their behalf.

Our role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of this project, including coordinating the concurrent fit-outs of the six tenancies and managing communication and coordination between key stakeholders: Investa Development, Investa FM, Lendlease, Macquarie, and the tenants and their project managers.

Expected to be completed in 2024, the premium tower will feature 30,000 square meters of office space across 28 levels and 2,000 square meters of retail space.

A standout feature of 39MP is its direct access to the soon-to-be-completed Martin Place metro station, which will connect with the existing Eastern Suburbs railway line, enhancing connectivity and convenience for all occupants.
