Claymore Stage 3A & 3B is part of a broader master plan to revitalise social housing in Campbelltown. The project involves the construction of 27 detached social dwellings, with Stage 3A and 3B nearing completion and pending final subdivision approval. Essence is managing Package 2, which comprises 17 dwellings.
The key goal for this project is to deliver 17 detached social dwellings in Stage 3B. Essence’s role includes assisting with contractor appointment and managing the construction process to ensure timely handover. The project also focuses on meeting Landcom and LAHC’s expectations for quality, cost control, and compliance.
Essence is providing superintendent services for Stage 3B of Claymore Stage 3A & 3B. This includes assisting in contractor appointments, managing the construction process under an AS4902 Design and Construct contract, ensuring compliance with the project specifications, and overseeing the handover of the completed dwellings.
