The Station Square development site is situated in the heart of Brisbane’s Woolloongabba community, an area currently undergoing extensive urban renewal. Opposite the main venue for the upcoming Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the new Gabba Stadium, it also neighbours the proposed Gabba Metro Station and the under construction Woolloongabba Cross River Rail Station.
The Developer’s key strategy is to create a dynamic multi-tower mixed-use development across varied land parcels within Mixed Use (Inner City) and District Centre (District) planning zones.
Station Square will feature a high-rise hotel tower (55-75 storeys), up to four residential towers, up to two commercial office towers, a combined basement carpark, and a ground-level podium hosting commercial spaces, public areas, community zones, food and beverage outlets, and green space.
Essence is engaged to provide project management services, during the feasibility and concept design phase, extending into the subsequent development phases.
