Essence was engaged by LAHC as the project manager and superintendent to oversee the design and planning and administer the contract and building supervision for the development of thirty-one, two-bedroom seniors living units. The proposed date of completion for the new development is 2025.
This is one of three seniors living multi-dwelling projects currently underway under the Airds Bradbury Masterplan. The remaining two are located in Claymore and will be delivered under separate packages. The developments are being built close to future parks, community facilities and public transport.
Our role
As project managers, Essence is responsible for the management of the concept design, development of the detailed design, development consent, tendering of head contractor, consultant procurement, and the superintendency of the construction contract.
