The works comprise a major renovation and upgrade to the existing single-tenant office located within a historic industrial building to reposition the development in a commercially viable manner and provide a high-quality multi-tenanted working environment with modern end-of-trip facilities.
The project comprises alterations and the refurbishment of the interior of a historic knitting mill which has been converted into an open-plan office function. The works are undertaken in five stages to maintain continuity for the ongoing operations of Computershare.
Computershare will be downsizing from their current NLA of approximately 16,000sqm to around 8,000sqm, allowing the building to be upgraded and subsequently subdivided separated into smaller office tenancies for lease. the works include: base building upgrades including amenities and entry lobbies, new end-of-trip facilities, new gymnasium, new arrival bridge link works, and tenancy fit-out works across 6,900m2 of premises area.
