The Saint Haven Toorak project involves a high-end commercial fit-out of a 1,600 sqm luxury wellness and fitness club. Key spaces include a luxury gym, yoga and meditation rooms, treatment rooms, an MRI room, and upgraded End of Trip facilities and arrival spaces.
The goal is to create a luxurious, ultra-exclusive experience for all users within a tight timeframe and budget. With a constantly evolving design influenced by client preferences, major milestones include achieving contract execution while managing ongoing construction activities.
Essence coordinates design changes, negotiates and prepares contracts, and oversees construction progress. The team manages stakeholders, assesses variations, provides recommendations, and delivers general superintendency services, ensuring all aspects align with the client’s high standards for quality and delivery timelines.
