Essence has been engaged to assist in managing the transformation of Stewart House’s land holdings sensitively and sustainably in Curl Curl.
Since 1931 Stewart House has provided for children in need from NSW and ACT public schools a residential program of up to 12 days duration where educational and experiential learning is embedded within a health and wellbeing framework.
Working with the lead Architects, Scott Carver, the development will include new state-of-the-art facilities for 84 children plus staff with up-to-date access, residential, educational, dining and operational facilities designed to enhance Stewart House’s current service capability.
Stewart House has partnered with another not-for-profit organisation for the design and delivery of retirement independent living units.
The team is preparing a Development Application for submission to the Northern Beaches Council. Works are targeted to commence mid-2025.
