Essence is engaged to finalise the Masterplan design and submit a Planning Scheme Amendment and Town Planning Application for Stage 1 of the Northland Masterplan, which includes a Build-to-Rent (BTR) development and public realm enhancements.
The goal is to complete the Masterplan and obtain approval for Stage 1 of the BTR development, ensuring it aligns with the vision for Northland and meets regulatory requirements. This phase will focus on enhancing the public realm and setting the foundation for future development stages.
Essence is providing project management services for the design finalisation, preparation, and submission of planning applications for the Masterplan and Stage 1 BTR development. We are also coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth project progression.
